THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2023

7:18 P.M. Allegiant Airlines Flight # 2820 Arrives

7:45 P.M. Load Coach and depart for hotel

8:30 P.M. Coaches arrive at CABANA BAY BEACH RESORT 6550 Adventure Way, Orlando, FL 32819

Upon Arrival you will be checked into your rooms by your tour representative. At this time,

Chaperones will receive a copy of the rooming list with assigned room numbers.

Please note, lifeguard on duty at the hotel pool. Swim at your own risk.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2023

Universal Studios Hours: 9am-9pm Island of Adventures 9am-9pm

7:00 A.M. Breakfast voucher will be provided to use at your hotel

7:30 A.M. Load instruments on the bus. Load students

7:45 A.M. Depart for UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT - Backstage

8:00 A.M. Buses 1 arrives at Gate 3 and are greeted by a STARS Event Guide. You will

be escorted to the workshop location from there. Group is dropped off at the entrance of

the Soundstage 33. Instruments,equipment are unloaded and cases are put back on the

bus or equipment vehicle. All chaperones and students will have to go through security before

entering building.

8:20 A.M. Group Warm Up (bus stays backstage)

8:30 A.M. SOUND DESIGN: MUSIC AND THE ART of FOLEY Workshop

10:30 A.M. Workshop for Group ends

Load Equipment onto the bus. Take group photo in front of stage marquis then head back to

hotel.

11:15 A.M. Unload gear and drop off in hotel rooms.

11:30 A.M Load bus to be taken and dropped at bus parking

One (1) $40 UNIVERSAL GIFT CARD will be provided for Lunch and Dinner

9:15 P.M. Meet by Bubba Gumps and head to park transportation back to hotel 

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2023 Universal Studios Hours: 9am-9pm Island of Adventures 9am-10pm 7:00 A.M. Breakfast voucher will be provided to use at your hotel 7:45 A.M. Meet in lobby and then take hotel transportation to park 8:00 A.M. Early Entry into UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT - You have a Park to Park pass which includes admission to both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure One (1) $40 UNIVERSAL GIFT CARD will be provided for Lunch and Dinner 10:00 P.M. Head to busses and Return to Hotel 

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2023 Universal Studios Park Hours: 9am-9pm Islands of Adventure Park Hours: 9am-9pm 7:00 A.M. Breakfast will be provided at your hotel. Load trailer with bags/equipment.. 7:45 A.M. Take hotel transportation to park entrance 8:00 A.M. Early Entry into UNIVERSAL ISLAND of ADVENTURE - You have a Park to Park pass which includes admission to both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure One (1) $20 UNIVERSAL DINING CARDS will be provided for Lunch 12:00 P.M. Meet at Bubba Gumps 12:15 P.M. Head to Bus parking 12:30 P.M. Load Coach and Depart for airport 1:15 P.M. Arrive at airport 3:25 P.M. ALLEGIANT Flight # 1250 departs 4:57 P.M. Arrive Concord airport 5:30 P.M. Head home
